Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Experience in specialty, boutique, luxury, gift, home, or visually driven retail environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong eye for visual merchandising and detail-oriented execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both customers and team members.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
• Comfort using iPads, basic computer systems, and data entry tools; Microsoft Office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through personalized assistance, strong product knowledge, and timely issue resolution.
• Lead the sales floor during assigned shifts by modeling effective selling behaviors and coaching associates in real time.
• Support the achievement of store sales goals by monitoring performance and driving results across key metrics such as sales, conversion, average order value, and units per transaction.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with store leadership to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Coach and develop team members on product knowledge, customer engagement, and selling techniques.
• Maintain visual merchandising, promotional displays, replenishment, and overall store presentation in alignment with store standards.
• Partner with the Store Manager to execute business priorities and support sales, operational, and customer experience initiatives.
• Help ensure operational excellence through inventory accuracy, replenishment, cycle counts, shipment processing, and policy compliance.
• Assist with stockroom organization and loss prevention practices to maintain a well-presented and efficient selling environment.
• Review store performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
