Qualifications

Role Description The Assistant Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Grand Prairie, TX. This role supports the Store Manager in driving sales performance, delivering an elevated customer experience, and ensuring that brand standards are consistently met. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising sales associates, coaching team members on customer service and product knowledge, and assisting with floor merchandising and visual presentation. The Assistant Store Manager helps manage store operations such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and coordination of retail loss prevention practices. This role also partners with leadership to analyze store metrics, implement action plans, and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and fashion-forward work environment.
