Job summary

Toys For Trucks Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager to lead the sales and installation teams in our automotive aftermarket storefront.

You will drive profitability, plan strategic goals, manage expenses, control inventory, and ensure outstanding customer service from inquiry to delivery. You bring retail leadership experience in automotive, a disciplined, proactive approach, a clean driving record, and a passion for the industry.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in retail sales, specifically within the automotive sector, coupled with demonstrated expertise in providing exceptional customer service experiences.
• Highly disciplined and self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to achieving store objectives and maintaining operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, lead and motivate teams, prioritize tasks, and maintain meticulous organizational systems to ensure efficient store operations.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ensure all other corporate policies and procedures are being followed

Customer Service - Ensure consistent high standards of customer service through:

• Effective staff planning
• Monitoring of training
• Timely set up of special sales events
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner

Operational Standards - Maintain standards of operation for the total store including:

• Visual presentation organization
• Security/shortage control
• Safety and compliance
• Inventory control
• Store maintenance/physical property
• In‑store administration
• Procurements

Daily Life

Imagine your day: You'll be leading and collaborating with the sales & installation teams to meet sales and profitability goals, timely completing customer project goals and providing excellent quality & customer service from initial inquiry to final delivery.
