Christy Sports in Frisco, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, maintaining store presentation, and delivering a top-tier guest experience.

You will assist with inventory, displays, and team development while stepping in for the Store Manager when needed, fostering a positive, high-performing culture. Prior supervisory retail experience is required.

Qualifications

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You bring at least one year of retail experience, ideally snow sports.
• You've led teams, with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
• You are self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You are an exceptional communicator in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to ensure operational excellence and a welcoming environment for team and guests.
• Step up as acting manager when needed, leading daily operations with confidence.
• Recruit, onboard and coach a high-performing team.
• Drive sales and rental revenue with a guest-first culture.
• Manage scheduling within budget and ensure adherence to company policies, cash handling and loss prevention.
• Maintain inventory control and visual merchandising aligned with brand standards.
• Keep the store spotless, organized, and on brand at all times.
• Participate in special projects and support overall store success.

& External About the Role As Assistant Store Manager youll support the Store Manager in driving sales maintaining store presentation and ensuring a top tier guest experience Youll assist with
