Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Job Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales, services, and customer engagement in the store.
  2. Establish customer relationships to build loyalty and provide total solutions.
  3. Guide your team to be positive, inclusive, and collaborative.
  4. Provide leadership in community, customer service, sales, and team development.
  5. Ensure store culture embodies Staples values and community commitment.
  6. Develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and role-playing.
  7. Achieve sales, service goals, profit margins, and operational execution.
  8. Manage operational tasks, merchandising, and store operations in partnership with the GM.
  9. Champion company initiatives and adapt to changes and new responsibilities.
Minimum Skills and Experience
  1. 2+ years managing a sales team in retail or services industry.
  2. Experience coaching a customer-centric, solutions-based team.
  3. Strong communication, organization, and planning skills.
  4. Ability to manage conflict and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
  5. Physical ability to lift/move materials weighing 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  1. Experience using financial metrics to track sales and drive profitability.
  2. Ability to network and engage with the community.
