Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in creating the Rally House retail experience. They lead in customer service, visual presentation, receiving and inventory, payroll, and operational expenses to achieve store goals. They coach and develop team members, including Team Sales Leads, Receiving and Inventory Specialists, and Sales Associates, providing daily direction and follow-up. This role involves overseeing staff tasks, managing guest interactions, and maintaining an enthusiastic attitude. It is suitable for individuals aspiring to transition into management positions.
