Position Summary

Assistant Managers lead efforts to exceed expectations, provide exceptional service, and display passion for our brand. They work closely with the Store Manager to lead a team focused on delivering top-line sales results. They support recruitment, talent development, and performance management.

Responsibilities
Consumer Engagement
  • Leads the effort to greet and assist every customer; provides real-time coaching to associates.
  • Encourages associates to maintain in-depth knowledge of products and promotions to explain value and build brand loyalty.
  • Partners with the Store Manager to make decisions supporting brand standards, customer service, and store goals.
  • Prioritizes delivering an exceptional customer experience and resolves concerns promptly.
Achieve Operational Excellence
  • Leads merchandising execution and collaborates on new arrivals.
  • Enforces company policies, provides loss prevention training, and maintains inventory control standards.
  • Creates schedules supporting payroll and budget strategies; assists in business analysis and planning.
People and Culture
  • Recruits and on-boards top talent; evaluates current talent.
  • Motivates and inspires team to achieve sales goals and uphold standards.
  • Demonstrates pride and passion for the brand; treats customers and team professionally.
  • Embraces inclusion, builds relationships, and seeks feedback for self-development.
  • Supports innovation, company initiatives, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year retail management experience.
  • Bachelor’s/Associate degree preferred; high school diploma required.
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts; some travel.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
