Base pay range

$18.25/yr - $22.00/yr

We are seeking a fun and dynamic Retail Assistant Store Manager to oversee store operations, ensure sales goals and operational objectives are met.

Responsibilities include:

• Act as Manager on Duty: oversee daily store operations, evaluate productivity, and make recommendations
• Hold staff accountable for sales goals; foster a positive work environment through coaching
• Recruit, train, and develop team members
• Achieve sales goals through customer engagement and product knowledge
• Maintain store operations, inventory, visual displays, and safety standards

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years retail experience; management experience preferred
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs independently, and up to 50 lbs with assistance
