Airport Retail Group, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a retail location. The ASM will assist the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store and help drive sales, customer service, and daily financial controls.
The role requires leadership, reliability, and a proactive approach to team supervision. The candidate should have 2+ years in a management or lead role in retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Reports To: Store Manager (SM), General Manager/Area Manager (AM/GM)
Direct Reports: Customer Service Associates (CSAs), Stockpersons
The Assistant Store Manager will assist the Store Manager in overall function of the store and in controlling all activities relating to the store’s operation.
