General Description

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and ensuring efficient store operations.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Supporting the Store Manager with daily duties, assuming responsibilities in their absence (reports, action plans, KPI monitoring)
  • Training and developing staff to meet customer expectations aligned with company values
  • Implementing company guidelines, processes, and procedures correctly
  • Motivating staff and maintaining a positive work environment
  • Maintaining high standards of store cleanliness and organization
  • Handling customer complaints effectively
  • Growing and managing client database

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion
  • Strong experience in client relationship management
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for fashion
