What You'll Do

• Support store performance by managing sales results, expenses, and key operations including merchandising, backroom, customer service, and loss prevention, with a focus on minimizing shrink and damages.
• Attract, recruit, and develop top talent by providing training and ongoing support. Foster a positive environment for both staff and customers.
• Implement action plans for projects, targets, and initiatives; participate in succession planning.
• Develop strategies to meet sales and customer service goals; coordinate loss prevention and operational improvements.

About You

• Minimum of 2 years retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to influence and mentor others.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, and safety protocols.

Additional Information

This position is bonus and overtime eligible, with a starting pay range of $22.05 to $30.30 per hour, approximately $54,956 to $75,518 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
