Scooter’s Coffee in Concordia, KS is seeking an energetic shift supervisor to lead the PM team through the afternoon and evening rush. You’ll guide a fast-paced crew, ensure top-notch service, and close with momentum.

This role rewards leadership with growth opportunities and a positive, fast-moving work environment. Ideal candidates are 18+, have 1+ year in leadership or customer service, and can work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leadership or customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability for afternoon, evening, and closing shifts.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and motivate the team to deliver great customer experiences.
• Multitask across bar, register, and store duties while maintaining speed and accuracy.
