Trek Bicycle Company is seeking a fun, energetic Assistant Store Manager for our Dublin store near Columbus, OH. You’ll lead, mentor, and develop the sales and service teams to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for customers and the community.

You’ll oversee staff training, coach performance, handle daily shop operations, and partner with the Store Manager and Trek Retail Services to drive results while maintaining the brand promise and a fun, collaborative culture.
