Job summary

Take 5 Nashville is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Columbia, TN. The role supports the Store Manager in delivering great customer experience and operations excellence at the Take 5 Oil Change location.

You will focus on employee development, training, and ensuring quality service, while leading daily tasks and store procedures in a fast-paced environment with a strong team culture.

Responsibilities

• Team Training: assist in development of all employees with testing and training, communicate with store manager and regional managers, help in recruitment and promotion of employees.
• Quality: ensure all services and customer interaction are of superior quality, inspect store grounds and facilities, ensure inventory levels and orders are proper.
• Team and Store focus: assign work positions and daily activities, conduct opening and closing procedures, assist in all daily operations.
