Job summary

Highland Corporation in Columbia, TN is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager for Fast Stop #11 to lead store operations and ensure a smooth, customer-friendly experience.

The role supports the Team Leader, steps in for the General Manager when needed, and drives sales through engaging service and suggestive selling. Candidates with convenience-store experience are preferred; you must be eligible to work in the United States and be at least 18.
