Goodwill Industries--Knoxville, Inc. is seeking full-time Assistant Retail Store Manager Ideal candidates will be energetic, flexible, have excellent customer service skills, reliable transportation and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Summary:

Responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail facility. Supervises staff and community service workers, etc. in the absence of the Store Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support daily store operations and team leadership (6 months – 1 year experience)
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Help drive sales, merchandising, and donation processing
  • Train, motivate, and inspire team members
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment
  • Assist with achieving store goals and performance standards
