Position Overview: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will assist in managing daily store operations, providing excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, and supporting inventory management and staff development.

Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting and assisting customers, resolving inquiries and concerns.
2. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, well-stocked store.
3. Supervising, training, and developing store associates.
4. Assisting with merchandise unloading, organization, and stock transfers.
5. Supporting ordering, record keeping, and loss prevention efforts.
6. Taking on management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
7. Following all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Retail management experience preferred.
3. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly, with or without accommodation.
4. Flexibility to work full-time, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Skills: Customer focus, organizational skills, communication, problem-solving, job knowledge, and relationship management.
