Job Description

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in creating a positive customer experience at Rally House. They lead in customer service, visual presentation, receiving and inventory management, payroll, and operational expenses to meet store goals. They coach and develop team members on Rally House culture and provide daily direction to Team Sales Leads, Receiving and Inventory Specialists, and Sales Associates. This role oversees daily tasks, interacts with guests, and manages team productivity. Candidates should have an enthusiastic attitude, be detail-oriented, and preferably be sports fans. This position is ideal for individuals aspiring to move into management roles.

Responsibilities

1. Staffing: Manage shifts and lead others.
2. Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
3. Delivery Results: Control inventory and implement selling strategies.
4. Merchandising: Maintain visual standards, organize, and execute floor plans and merchandising strategies.

Salary: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour.
