Job Description

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in creating an exceptional Rally House retail experience. Responsibilities include leading customer service, visual presentation standards, receiving and inventory management, payroll, and controlling operation expenses to meet store goals. They coach and develop team members on Rally House culture, provide daily guidance to Team Sales Leads, Receiving and Inventory Specialists, and Sales Associates, and oversee daily store operations. The role involves engaging with guests, managing team productivity, maintaining enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a passion for sports. It is ideal for individuals aspiring to move into management roles in the future.

Salary: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.
