Position Overview: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist in daily store operations, manage inventories, maintain store appearance, and complete daily paperwork under the supervision of the Store Manager.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, resolving inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and provide excellent customer service.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates on operational practices.
• Assist in unloading merchandise, organizing stock, and transferring items from stockroom to store.
• Support in ordering merchandise, record keeping, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Contribute to loss prevention efforts.
• Take on management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to interpret operational directives.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly, with occasional lifts up to 55 lbs; capable of standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Flexible full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Skills: Customer focus, organizational skills, communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.
