The Assistant Store Manager is directly responsible for driving sales, developing the team’s skills and reinforcing our culture. They will be expected to meet or exceed sales goals and maintaining and updating a prospecting system. They must be continuously learning all products, services, and marketing promotions.
Our team works inside a retail showroom in a high-integrity, relational sales environment. Our product assortment is very broad, from premium washers and dryers to the best luxury appliances. Consultative sales skills, attention to detail and goal-driven mentality are critically important in this position.
Assistant Store Managers are commissioned sales professionals and earn well above the industry average. There is an initial 4-week period with training pay. This helps cover the ramp-up period while learning and building a pipeline of sales.
Details of the commission plan will be thoroughly explained during the interview process. In total, an Appliance Specialist should earn $90,000 - $130,000 per year.
