• Lead daily operations and foster a culture of employee engagement

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive aftermarket, hobby/DIY, or willingness to learn automotive knowledge
• Passion for customer care and building long-term relationships
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment
• Knowledge of cataloging and inventory management systems
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Additional preferred qualifications include automotive industry background, ASE Certifications, and experience in retail or management roles
