Job Description

Assistant Store Managers assist the Store Manager team in creating the Rally House retail customer experience. They lead in areas of customer service, visual presentation standards, receiving and inventory, payroll, and operation expenses to achieve store goals. They coach and develop team members on Rally House's culture and provide daily direction and follow-up to Team Sales Leads, Receiving and Inventory Specialists, and Sales Associates. This position oversees keeping the store staff on task to complete daily projects. The Assistant Store Manager leads interaction with guests while managing the productivity of the team. They maintain an enthusiastic attitude, are detail-oriented, and are sports fans. This position is for individuals who aspire to transition to managerial positions in the future.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Physical requirements include standing, walking, talking, hearing, handling objects, reaching, differentiating colors, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to work around equipment and ladders is also required.

Salary range: $18.00 - $23.00 hourly.
