Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, managing a high-performing team, overseeing inventory, and ensuring the store is visually appealing and clean at all times. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

• Lead by example to ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
• Oversee floor sales and actively engage with customers to boost sales.
• Train and motivate staff to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.

Register Sales & Cash Handling:

• Supervise and manage register operations, ensuring accurate transactions and cash handling procedures.
• Monitor daily sales and reconcile register at the end of shifts.

Marketing and Promotions:

• Implement and oversee in-store marketing campaigns, promotions, and product displays.
• Ensure that all promotional materials and visual merchandising align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and increase store sales.

Staff Management:

• Manage, train, and develop a team of sales associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable, motivated, and providing top-tier customer service.
• Schedule staff shifts based on store needs and sales trends.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to the team.

Store Operations:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Ensure that all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and fitting rooms, are consistently tidy and well-maintained.
• Delegate tasks to the team to ensure store cleanliness and organization.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory control, including stock counts, restocking, and managing product levels.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to receive, unpack, and display merchandise.
• Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or stock shortages to upper management.

Health & Safety Compliance:

• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the store is a safe environment for both employees and customers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role, preferably in fashion or apparel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Proficient in POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of current retail trends and fashion is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
