The Opportunity

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring store standards, managing staff, and maintaining inventory and equipment.

Location:

Bismarck, ND

Starting Wage:

$16+ per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties in the Store Manager's absence.
• Supervise and prioritize store personnel tasks.
• Enforce store cleanliness, organization, and inventory standards.
• Assist with daily paperwork and computer entries.
• Perform all duties of a Sales Associate and Supervisor as needed.
• Attend safety and security meetings.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and meet performance expectations.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience in retail, restaurant, or convenience store.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various climates.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
