BeMobile, Inc in Ruston, LA is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to develop people, drive results, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead the sales floor, coach your team on the BeMobile Sales Process, and help ensure store success.

You will also manage daily operations, assist with HR tasks, and foster a collaborative, high-energy environment where employees and customers thrive.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership experience, with wireless or technology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, coaching the team to deliver the BeMobile Sales Process.
• Coach and develop team in real-time, asking powerful questions to build confidence and growth.
• Proactively connect with customers through outreach tools and campaigns to drive traffic and referrals.
• Elevate the customer experience, resolve escalations, and track feedback for a 5-star impression.
• Manage cash and inventory with precision, including promotions and device security.
• Support store operations, HR tasks, inventory counts, and compliance while backing Store Leader and district initiatives.
• Serve as a bridge between sales partners and leadership to empower team growth and store success.
• All-Inclusive Sales Training: learn techniques to master the BeMobile Sales Process.
• Team Events: participate in team dinners, outings, and bonding events to celebrate wins.

Are you a motivated leader who enjoys developing people, driving results, and creating exceptional customer experiences? Join BeMobile as an Assistant Store Leader and play a key role in supporting store success, developing team members, and helping create a positive environment where employees and customers thrive.

Total Compensation:

Assistant Store Leaders who consistently meet or exceed sales goals typically earn $30–$35+/hour in total compensation (base pay + commission), with many earning $60,000+ in their first year.

What we’re looking for:

• 18 years of age or older
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your schedule will be provided at least four weeks in advance to help you plan ahead.
• 1+ years of retail leadership experience, with wireless or technology experience preferred.

• Proven ability to drive sales performance and consistently achieve or exceed goals.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate challenging conversations, build trust, and influence positive outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.

What a Day in the Life Looks Like:

• You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, helping customers discover the right wireless solutions while coaching your team to deliver an exceptional BeMobile Sales Process every time.
• You’ll coach and develop your team in real-time, asking powerful questions and guiding conversations that build confidence, problem-solving skills, and lasting growth.
• You’ll proactively connect with customers through outreach tools and campaigns—driving traffic, building loyalty, and sparking referrals.
• You’ll elevate the customer experience, resolving escalations, tracking feedback, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable, 5-star impression.
• You’ll manage cash and inventory with precision, from transactions and promotions to device security and inventory controls.
• You’ll keep operations running smoothly, handling HR tasks, inventory counts, community involvement, and compliance—all while supporting your Store Leader and district initiatives.
• Above all, you’ll be the bridge between sales partners and leadership, empowering your team to grow, thrive, and crush their goals while ensuring your store runs like a well‑oiled machine.
