AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our Avon, Indiana store. You will partner with the store manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage a team of retail sales consultants, and deliver an extraordinary customer experience.

With leadership training, exposure to merchandising and product launches, and a path to leadership, this role offers a competitive salary between $47,500 and $71,300 plus commissions, full-time hours, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology and mobility systems.

Our Assistant Store Manager's earn between $47,500-$71,300+ $18,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met.
