Job Summary

The Assistant Store Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager to ensure the success of a Trek retail location. By focusing on operational aspects, they learn to act as an owner, gaining leadership and business skills to advance their career at Trek.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support daily store operations and train employees
  2. Participate in weekly service meetings
  3. Exemplify the Trek sales process and be among the top sellers
  4. Handle administrative duties related to hiring and onboarding
  5. Delegate tasks and follow through on communication
  6. Maintain store merchandising standards, including product placement and restocking
  7. Use POS system to monitor sales and analyze trends
Qualifications:
  1. Desire to make a difference through bikes
  2. Agile and eager to learn
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. High sense of urgency
  6. Retail leadership experience preferred
