Shamrock Foods Company is seeking an Assistant Manager I to support the Store Manager in daily operations and stand in when the manager is away. You will help drive sales, supervise associates, manage scheduling, and train staff to achieve store goals.
The role requires collaboration with Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service and HR to enhance sales, costs and customer service while ensuring safe, compliant operations. Occasional relocations in the Southwestern US may be required.
The Assistant Manager I assists the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store, serving as the Store Manager when the Store Manager is not present. The Assistant Manager I is responsible for achieving profit goals and training, directing and monitoring all associates.
Salary of $57,784 to $60,000 with annual bonus potential depending on competency, experience, qualifications and skills.
