• Your Role as Assistant Store Manager :

Join our brand-new, state-of-the-art express tunnel in Cross Roads, TX. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a critical role in daily operations, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Train, lead, and coach staff to reach top performance

Deliver 5-star service and resolve customer issues promptly

Communicate company goals and expectations clearly

Drive operational success and support store growth

Qualifications & Experience :

2+ years of management experience (service industry preferred)

Passion for customer service and team success

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Proactive, reliable, and results-driven

Comfortable using computers and POS systems

Willing to work weekends and a flexible schedule
