What You’ll Do

• Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations and achieving sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints.
• Collaborate with team leads on setting and achieving goals.
• Review staff performance and provide feedback.
• Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards according to company guidelines.
• Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Organize sales events, product demonstrations, and merchandise displays to maximize sales.

What You’ll Need

• 1-2 years of leadership and retail management experience.
