Job description

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all sales, accounting, service, and collection activities at the single-store level. This includes delegating responsibilities to trained employees, controlling in-store programs to meet company objectives and store quotas, and organizing continuous training for all store staff.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, manage, and motivate technicians and sales staff.
• Ensure strong sales performance and financial health of the store.
• Maintain RNR policies and ensure the security and safety of the facility.
• Demonstrate and promote excellent customer service daily.

Other requirements include a valid State Driver License with a clean driving record. The company conducts drug screening and background checks.

Prior experience as an assistant manager, general manager, store manager, in auto dealerships, automotive retail, auto sales, retail management, or similar roles is highly beneficial for success in this position.
