A leading company in retail is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Abilene, Texas. This role involves overseeing sales and service activities, managing staff, and ensuring the financial health of the store. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all sales, accounting, service, and collection activities at the single-store level. This includes delegating responsibilities to trained employees, controlling in-store programs to meet company objectives and store quotas, and organizing continuous training for all store staff.
Requirements/Responsibilities:

Prior experience as an assistant manager, general manager, store manager, in auto dealerships, automotive retail, auto sales, retail management, or similar roles is highly beneficial for success in this position.
