Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager in West Virginia to join a tight-knit management team. You will oversee store operations, provide customer service leadership, and coach staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

You will partner with the Store Leader to implement merchandising programs, manage cash handling and loyalty initiatives, and ensure a clean, safe shopping environment while promoting teamwork and growth opportunities for your team.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Retail Management experience (supervisory role welcome).
• Strong customer service leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store staff.
• Demonstrate strength in retaining staff by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
