Job summary

Range USA, the nation’s largest operator of indoor shooting ranges, seeks an Assistant Store Leader in Loveland, OH to drive sales, lead daily operations, and develop a high-performing team. You will ensure a safe, compliant, and customer-focused environment aligned with regulatory standards and brand values.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will manage scheduling, cash handling, and facility standards while coaching staff and executing company priorities. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail sales or leadership experience.
• Led teams of 10 or more associates.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and inventory management tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Experience in coaching, performance management, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of store sales goals through exceptional customer service and team execution.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience in both retail and range environments.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, promotional, and visual presentation standards.
• Schedule to align staffing with customer traffic and business needs.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Manage store and range facility standards, staffing, cleanliness, and functionality.
• Oversee and support range maintenance team operations.
• Recruit, interview, and hire top talent; onboard and train new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Help develop associates through goal setting and development plans.
• Ensure strict adherence to ATF regulations and all internal firearm handling policies.
• Maintain OSHA, EPA, and state/local regulations compliance.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and record-keeping.
