Plum Market Corporation in Bloomfield Township, MI is seeking an Assistant Store Team Leader to partner with the Store Team Leader in daily store operations, payroll, budgeting, and guest service standards.

You will lead training, recruitment, and performance coaching, while ensuring compliance and a welcoming environment for Team Members and Guests.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience with a focus on guest service.
• Ability to hire and develop Team Members through targeted training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Support payroll and margin goals; monitor labor costs and budgeting.
• Approve Team Member schedules and ensure adherence to payroll budget.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as payroll processing, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Communicate financial targets and performance metrics to Store Leadership and the Director Group.
• Lead store training from onboarding through ongoing development and coaching.
• Identify hiring needs and recruit positive, motivated Team Members.
• Model Plum Market’s values and SOPs; hold Team Members accountable.
