7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our Nashua location. You will work closely with the Store Leader to manage store operations, supervise staff, and deliver exceptional customer service daily.

Ideal candidates have retail supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to oversee merchandising, promotions, and loyalty initiatives. This role includes cash handling, fuel transactions, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to oversee store operations, merchandising, and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store employees alongside the Store Leader.
