Quick Quack Car Wash in Hayward, CA is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Leader to drive daily operations and implement business strategies. You will train and coach your team to deliver an unforgettable customer experience while meeting sales goals and ensuring operational excellence.

You will model our values—Smart, Kind, and Driven—while hiring, scheduling, and guiding staff, monitoring performance, handling customer questions, and enforcing cash handling and POS procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to read, count, and write accurately.
• Flexibility to work various hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Prolonged standing and lifting up to 15 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assists Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members.
• Assists with coordinating the day-to-day workflow of Team Members in the operation; provides direction.
• Assists with employment actions, including discipline and termination of Team Members.
• Monitors the store’s performance and identifies opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies.
• Maintain proper cash accountability at POS registers.
• Assist in coaching and developing team to meet service standards.
