Job summary

Quick Quack Car Wash seeks a Store Leader to drive daily operations at our Phoenix location. You will lead a team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage staffing, training, and performance with a focus on customer service and efficiency.

You will coordinate tasks, uphold safety and cash controls, and collaborate with the Store Leader to meet store goals while representing the brand values of Smart, Kind & Driven.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to read, count, and write accurately.
• Must be able to work various hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to smile and maintain a clean appearance as per dress and grooming standards.
• Must be able to assign and delegate tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prolonged standing and working on the cash register or related equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Work outside in a loud environment due to car wash equipment.
• Involves physical activities like lifting (0–50 lbs.), bending, reaching, and stooping.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members.
• Coordinate day-to-day workflow of Team Members and provide direction.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to increase productivity.
• Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies.
• Enforce proper use of sales pitches with the Team.
• Maintain cash accountability at POS registers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure adequate staffing.
