Quick Quack Car Wash in Everett, WA is seeking a Store Leader to oversee daily operations, hire and train team members, manage workflow, and ensure excellent guest service while enforcing company standards. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to safety and customer experience.

You will motivate staff to deliver a best-in-class guest experience, drive memberships, and analyze daily trends to support strategic decisions, in an outdoor, loud environment with car wash equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to read, count, and write accurately.
• Able to work various hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Smile and maintain clean appearance per dress and grooming standards.
• Able to assign and delegate tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prolonged periods standing and working on the cash register or related equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work outside in a loud environment due to car wash equipment.
• Involves lifting, bending, reaching and stooping.

Responsibilities

• Assists Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members.
• Assists with coordinating the day-to-day workflow of Team Members and provides direction.
• Assists with employment actions, including discipline and termination per policy.
• Monitors performance and identifies opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies.
• Enforces proper use of sales pitches with the Team.
• Maintains cash accountability at POS registers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Drives memberships by maximizing car volume and building customer loyalty.
• Analyzes reporting and daily trends to inform business decisions.
• Motivates and inspires team through Quick Quack Car Wash’s core values.
• Communicates standards and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
• Provides clear expectations and develops plans with team members.
• Recruits and hires strong talent for adequate staffing.
• Develops the team to deliver outstanding service and future growth.
• Delivers ongoing performance feedback through coaching and reviews.
• Uses data from various sources to make rapid, well-informed decisions.
