What You Bring

• Leadership skills in customer service, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in employee retention, leadership development, and productivity.
• Ability to assist with merchandising, marketing, cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment and compliance with health and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a High School diploma or GED (preferred, but not required with retail management experience).
• A valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
