• Ability to oversee customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in maintaining high employee retention through leadership development and employee empowerment.
• Ability to assist with merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment, complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; candidates with at least one year of retail management experience are also considered.
• Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, including standing, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
