What You Bring
  • Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
  • Experience in employee retention, developing leaders, and promoting productivity.
  • Ability to assist with merchandising, marketing, cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment following health and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred; at least one year of retail management experience required if not.
  • Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
