• Ability to oversee customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in maintaining high retention, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; candidates with at least one year of retail management experience are also considered.
• A valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance are required.
• Ability to perform multi-tasking, bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
