What You Bring

  • Customer service leadership, training, and coaching skills, alongside the Store Leader.
  • Experience in employee retention, leadership development, and productivity encouragement.
  • Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Skills in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment following health and sanitation procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel preferred).
  • High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of retail management experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with automotive liability insurance.
  • Ability to multi-task, perform physical activities, and lift up to 50 pounds.
