As the full-time Assistant Store Leader, you are the store's direct influencer in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into high-performing members who provide an unforgettable customer experience. You ensure your team meets sales goals and operational standards. Requirements

• Assist Store Leader with hiring, training, and employment actions.
• Support daily workflow and team direction.
• Monitor performance, increase productivity, and support customer service.
• Maintain cash accountability and support operational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
