We are looking for 2 Assistant Store Leaders to join us in advancing the industry forward. As an Assistant Store Leader, you will work closely with the Store Leader to ensure the store is operationally sound, business results are achieved, and exceptional customer service is provided consistently.

Responsibilities for Product + Operations
  1. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and hold the team accountable for meeting productivity goals.
  3. Manage inventory levels, oversee in-store replenishment, and communicate sell-through concerns with the Store Leader.
  4. Responsible for proper management of damages, donations, returns, and product issues that could jeopardize inventory accuracy.
  5. Effectively communicate and train store associates on operational standards, ensuring that they understand and implement our brand standards consistently.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  7. Oversee supply procurement and ensure the correct levels of supplies are always available.
  8. Oversee the upkeep of in-store technology and communicate any updates with the team.
  9. Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  10. Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring that all products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner.
  12. Collaborate with the Store Leader and other team members to create a visually captivating store environment.
  13. Regularly update product displays and signage to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal changes.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  15. Responsible for store fixturing and maintenance.
  16. Conduct regular stock checks and assist in replenishing merchandise as needed.
  17. Communicate with partners to share assortment, allocation, and logistics feedback.
  18. Share weekly/monthly product focuses and goals with the team.
  19. Effectively communicate and train store associates on visual merchandising techniques.
  20. Be the in-store product expert; train Team Members on product knowledge, new launch information, and design inspiration.
Requirements
  1. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of store associates.
  2. Excellent organizational skills to oversee daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling.
  3. Deep understanding of customer service principles and the ability to provide exceptional service to all customers.
  4. Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities to handle any issues that may arise in the store.
  6. Effective communication skills to communicate with customers and team members.
  7. Good understanding of sales techniques and the ability to motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets.
