• Operations & Store Management: Schedule staffing to meet traffic and business needs; manage opening/closing, cash handling, and receipts; maintain facility standards and ensure tools and systems are used properly.
• People Leadership & Development: Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop team members; provide ongoing feedback and performance management.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to ATF regulations and internal firearm handling policies; ensure OSHA/EPA compliance; promote a culture of safety.
• Administrative & Execution: Monitor policy adherence, manage timekeeping, scheduling approvals, attendance; support company initiatives and priorities; assist across store functions as needed.
