THE ROLE

The Assistant Store Director at our Hudson flagship will partner closely with the Store Manager to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, delivering an exceptional client experience while driving business growth. This individual will play a key role in balancing leadership, client development, and operational excellence in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment. The Assistant Store Manager will act as a brand ambassador within the San Francisco market, building meaningful relationships with both local and international clientele.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Store Manager to drive business performance, executing strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating the Thom Browne selling ceremony and maintaining a strong personal contribution to sales
• Execute clienteling strategies, including outreach, private appointments, and local networking to grow the business
• Act as a brand ambassador within the local community, identifying opportunities to elevate brand presence and client engagement
• Coach, motivate, and develop the team through in-the-moment feedback, structured training, and performance management
• Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of top talent, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Ensure operational excellence across all store functions, including inventory management, shipments, stock organization, and store standards
• Maintain visual merchandising and presentation in alignment with company directives and brand standards
• Partner with the Store Manager to manage store expenses and payroll, ensuring alignment with financial targets
• Utilize CVM tools and client data to drive targeted outreach, track performance, and identify opportunities for growth

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

• Competitive compensation. Salary Range is $100,000 - $120,000 + target bonus. Please note that compensation will be offered based on relevant skills and experience
