Store Director
Salary: $52,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year, with eligibility for a bonus program. Hourly compensation during training, transitioning to a salaried position upon successful completion of training.

Upon successful completion, you will transition to a salaried Store Director role.
Training Details:
- Duration: 6 weeks
- Hourly Pay During Training: $25.00 - $30.25/hr. (This position will become salaried upon completion of training)
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion GET: Champion Maverik’s GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) customer service expectations by modeling the behaviors, coaching Team Members on consistent execution, and holding the team accountable for a welcoming and engaging customer experience.
- Training and Development: Facilitate the ongoing development of leaders and the store team by ensuring the delivery of all Company training programs.
- P&L Management: Collaborate with the District Manager and Sr Director of Regional Operations on P&L management, business plans, and budgets.
- Company Initiatives: Implement Company initiatives, enhance the customer experience, and foster a culture of coaching, engagement, and teamwork.
- Operational Excellence: Lead the store team in implementing best practices, measuring operational efficiencies, improving productivity, and achieving operational standards.
- Food Program Ownership: Maintain total operational knowledge of kitchen processes (including opening/closing workflows, food prep, and sanitation) to support, audit, and coach the Food Service Manager.
- Cross-Functional Coverage: Serve as the ultimate operational backup across all store departments, including the kitchen, during peak volume or staffing shortages.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle financial management, including P&L, budgets, and business plans.
- Experience or willingness to learn in areas such as recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Food Safety Certification: Must obtain and maintain the food safety certification required by the applicable state or local jurisdiction.

Physical Requirements:
- This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
