Albertsons Companies is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead front-end and service operations, ensuring fast, friendly, and compliant shopping experiences. You will guide teams, coach staff on standards, and manage labor, cash handling, and service programs across store operations.

• Lead front-end and customer service teams to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Coach and develop associates on service standards, courtesy programs, and service recovery.
• Oversee daily front-end operations including check stands, SCO, service desk, and checkout processes.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling, security, returns, refunds, and transaction policies.
• Monitor scheduling, breaks, staffing levels, and queue management to align labor with business needs.
• Oversee cash office processes including safe counts, till audits, deposits, and reconciliation.
• Ensure front-end readiness for audits, compliance requirements, and company programs.
• Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop service associates, supervisors, and front-end staff.
• Support shrink reduction, fraud prevention, and proper handling of restricted items.
• Complete required reports and maintain strong communication with management teams.

Main Responsibilities
